Lars Anderson is a seasoned commercial real estate executive who has distinguished himself as a retail shopping center specialist over the past 25 years. He has established a track record of consistency and performance in virtually every facet of commercial real estate leasing and project development. Lars began his commercial real estate career with Horizon Group, a Kerr Real Estate affiliate in 1985. He has since held increasingly responsible positions at Equity Properties, General Growth Properties and Schostak Brothers & Company. Lars' experience includes acting at New Project Development Manager with overall responsibility for the development and oversight of all lease activity for several Midwest mall projects. He has successfully managed as many as 5 developments concurrently having negotiated and closed hundreds of leasing transactions totaling more than 3 million sq ft throughout his career. As a specialist in regional mall and big box retail, Lars has established and developed important relationships with dozens of key tenants ranging from retail giants JC Penny, Kohl’s, Target and Wal- Mart to nationally recognized restaurant chains such as Taco Bell and Ruby Tuesday. |
